Event Logistics
What time does it begin & end?
Registration is from 09:30. The conference will end at 16:00 approx. and the evening entertainment will end at 00:00. 
Where will we be staying?
If you are eligible for accommodation (live 32km or more away from Cork City) details of accommodation will be available via the app. There is an option for accommodation on Wednesday, but this is only applicable for those making long journeys (3 hours or more) and must be approved by your line manager.
Where will I park my car?
There is limited parking at the hotels and conference venue and we would suggest parking at the brewery.  
Will there be train service provided?
A train service will be provided from Heuston Station, Dublin on the 07:00 train on 29th January, which will stop at the following stations: Portlaoise, Thurles, Limerick Junction and Mallow.  Please select your station on the App.  Return trains on Friday will be at 09:25 and 10:25.  For those travelling from Galway, transport will be arranged.  More details will be provided in due course. 
I am taking the train. Will my bag be delivered to my hotel?
Yes, all luggage will be transferred to designated hotels.
How do I find my assigned hotel?
You will choose your hotel when you register on the app, you can check the details on your confirmation email which will have come from HILConference26@Heineken.ie
How do I get between locations for the day and evening?
Once at the venue everything will be within walking distance. The MC’s will communicate logistics during the conference, and you will receive push notifications with guidance throughout the day itself. 
Is there a dress code?
The dress for day and evening is smart casual. 
Is there a cloakroom on site?
A cloakroom will be provided at the registration desk. 
Registration
Arrival on the day – how to register?
On arrival at the venue, members of the conference team will assist you with registration. For those taking the train to Cork, pre-registration will be available on board.    
Travel by Train from Dublin to Cork
What time do I need to be at the station?
Please be at your chosen station no later than 15 minutes before departure.  
What do I do at the station?
At Dublin, please look out for the conference team who will assist you with boarding. At other stations between Dublin and Cork, please proceed to the platform and wait for the train to arrive.
What happens when I arrive in Cork?
Please follow the HEINEKEN Conference team who will direct you to a bus to transfer your bag to your hotel.  The conference venue is within walking distance of the train station. Please note, you will go directly to the Conference and will check in to the hotel once the conference finishes for the day.  Your luggage will be transferred to your hotel separately. 
What about my return journey?
Seats will be reserved on the 09:25 and 10:25 scheduled train from Cork to Dublin on Friday morning.  If you travel on a different train, you will have to purchase a separate ticket. 
Meals
What meals will be provided?
Breakfast bags will be available on board the train.  Lunch and dinner will be provided at conference.  For guests going directly to the conference venue breakfast will be served from 09:30 to 10:15.   
What if I have a dietary requirement?
Please include information about your dietary requirements when you complete your online registration. We will not be able to honour your requests if they are not included in your registration.
